The Coliter® CZ45X Magnetic Lock Soft Seal Gate Valve is an advanced security gate valve designed for water supply, sewage treatment, and municipal heating systems where unauthorized operation must be strictly prevented. It features a unique magnetic self-locking mechanism that automatically locks the valve at any position during rotation—open, closed, or partially open—and can only be unlocked and operated using a specialized magnetic tool, ensuring high-level tamper resistance without external locks or keys. The valve achieves bubble-tight shut-off through a resilient EPDM or NBR elastomer-coated wedge gate that compresses against a precision-machined ductile iron seat, overcoming common issues like leakage, rust, and poor sealing found in traditional gate valves. Its flat-bottom valve cavity matches the inner diameter of standard water pipes, preventing debris accumulation and ensuring smooth, low-resistance flow. Constructed from ductile iron (QT450) for the body, bonnet, disc, and stem nut—with a corrosion-resistant 2Cr13 stainless steel stem—the CZ45X offers exceptional durability. Both interior and exterior surfaces are coated with non-toxic epoxy resin, making it safe for potable water and resistant to corrosion in sewage environments. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures from -10°C to 80°C, it complies with Chinese standards GB/T 12238, GB/T 12221, GB/T 13927, and GB/T 17241.6. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN400 with flanged ends, the CZ45X delivers zero leakage, long service life, and secure, maintenance-free operation in critical infrastructure applications.

The magnetic lock soft sealing gate valve can self lock at any position of the switch, making iteasy for users to control. Once locked, tools are required to open and close. The soft sealing gate valveuses the overall sealing of the gate plate to generate deformation compensation effect and achievegood sealing effect, overcoming the phenomenon of poor sealing, water leakage, and rust in generalgate valves. The bottom adopts the same flat bottom valve seat design as the water pipe, which doesnot produce debris accumulation, has a small flow resistance coefficient, and the passage is smooth.The inside and outside of the valve body are coated with non-toxic epoxy resin to prevent corrosion andrust. It can be used not only for domestic water but also in sewage treatment systems.
