The Coliter® GL41H T-Type Filter is a robust pipeline strainer designed to remove solid particles and debris from water, steam, air, oil, and other non-corrosive media, effectively protecting downstream equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, and traps from damage and clogging. Featuring a T-shaped configuration, it offers a large dirt-holding capacity and low pressure drop due to its extended filter chamber aligned perpendicular to the main flow. Constructed with a ductile iron (QT450) body, it ensures high strength and durability under operating pressures up to PN16 (1.6 MPa). The filter operates reliably within a temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃ and is suitable for clean or mildly contaminated liquids. A key feature is its removable filter screen—typically made of stainless steel mesh with standard ratings of 20–100 mesh (customizable)—which can be easily accessed via a bolted cover for cleaning or replacement without removing the entire unit from the pipeline. An optional drain plug at the bottom facilitates sediment discharge during maintenance. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN400, with flanged end connections per GB/T 17241.6 / ISO 7005, the GL41H complies with GB/T 12221 (face-to-face dimensions) and undergoes rigorous pressure testing per GB/T 13927. Widely used in building water systems, HVAC, boiler feed lines, irrigation, and industrial fluid circuits, this T-type filter ensures clean media flow and extends the service life of critical components.
