DL1002 Electric 2-way Ball Valve – Full-Port Brass Actuated Valve for Automated Flow Shut-off

The Coliter® DL1002 Electric 2-way Ball Valve is a compact and reliable automated valve designed for on/off control in HVAC, water treatment, heating, and industrial fluid systems. Constructed from high-quality brass with a full-port ball and PTFE seals, it ensures minimal pressure drop, bubble-tight shut-off, and smooth low-torque operation. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures ranging from 0°C to 110°C, the valve is actuated by a robust electric motor operating on 24V AC/DC or 220V AC. Standard features include manual override for emergency operation, with optional spring-return fail-safe functionality to close (or open) the valve during power failure. Its simple 2-way design makes it ideal for applications such as radiator circuit isolation, pump control, boiler inlet shut-off, and integration into building automation systems (BAS)—delivering durability, energy efficiency, and maintenance-free performance.
