FSQ2018 Manual/Automatic Manifold – Versatile Brass Distribution System for Hydronic Heating and Smart Integration

The Coliter® FSQ2018 Manual/Automatic Manifold is a high-performance brass manifold engineered for centralized distribution of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and modern plumbing systems. Constructed from forged HPb58-2 brass using a one-piece integrated forging process, it ensures uniform, dense walls free of sand holes, with an average wall thickness of ≥2.0 mm. The surface undergoes sand-blasting and nickel plating for enhanced corrosion resistance and a high cost-performance ratio. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 circuits, it supports branch pipe connections for 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a standard spacing of 48 mm. The main header features DN25 (G1") threaded inlet/outlet connections, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it includes a standard manual air vent plug and live-joint outlet adapters for easy installation and maintenance. Crucially, the manual version can be seamlessly upgraded to a “Smart Type” by adding electric actuators and a temperature control panel—offering future-proof flexibility for both conventional and smart home applications.
