Coliter ® Reducing Female Coupling, PN16, 0–120°C, BSP Threaded
GJ3006 Reducing Female Coupling – Brass Fitting for Connecting Pipes of Different Diameters
The Coliter® GJ3006 Reducing Female Coupling is a straight forged brass fitting with female ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads of different sizes on each end, designed to connect two pipes of unequal diameters in hot and cold water plumbing systems. Common configurations include G3/4"×G1/2", G1"×G3/4", and similar combinations, enabling smooth transitions between main supply lines and smaller branch circuits. Rated for PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for operating temperatures from 0°C to 120°C, it provides a secure, leak-free joint without the need for additional adapters or soldering. Its compact design and corrosion-resistant brass construction make it ideal for residential, commercial, and renovation applications where reliable diameter transition is required.

Introduction to Coupling
Coliter® offers a complete series of brass coupling fittings, including equal couplings (e.g., GJ3005), reducing female couplings (GJ3006), reducing male couplings (GJ3003), and female unions (GJ3007)—designed for secure, leak-free pipe extension and repair in potable water and heating systems. Made from high-quality forged brass with lead-free compliance (<0.25% pb="">ISO 228 parallel threads (G1/2", G3/4", G1") and are rated for PN16 (1.6 MPa) at temperatures up to 120°C. Ideal for connecting same-size or different-size pipes without welding—ensuring quick installation, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in residential and commercial plumbing.
