QF5121A Brass Gas Lockable Ball Valve – Quarter-Turn Shut-Off with Integrated Padlock for Gas Line Security

The Coliter® QF5121A Brass Gas Lockable Ball Valve is a robust quarter-turn ball valve specifically designed for safe isolation of natural gas, manufactured gas, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in residential, commercial, and utility piping systems. Made from high-quality forged brass with a full-port design, it ensures unrestricted flow and minimal pressure loss when open. The valve features an integrated lockable handle that accommodates a standard padlock or key-lock mechanism to prevent tampering or unauthorized operation—ideal for gas meter enclosures, multi-family dwellings, and public infrastructure. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C, it utilizes PTFE seals for reliable, long-term leak-tight performance and complies with national gas valve safety standards. Threaded ends conform to ISO 228 (BSP parallel), available in sizes DN15 (G1/2"), DN20 (G3/4"), and DN25 (G1").
