Coliter ® Table Front Valve – PN16, -20~180°C, Compact Brass Quarter-Turn Valve for Lab, Dental & Medical Equipment
T1 Table Front Valve – Chrome/Nickel-Plated Brass Panel-Mount Shut-Off Valve with PTFE Seal for Water, Air & Low-Pressure Gas
The Coliter® T1 Table Front Valve is a compact, high-precision shut-off valve specifically engineered for flush mounting on laboratory benches, dental units, medical equipment, and analytical instruments. Featuring a robust brass body (HPb59-1 or CW617N) with optional chrome or nickel plating for enhanced aesthetics and corrosion resistance, it delivers reliable isolation of water, compressed air, oxygen, or low-pressure gas lines. The valve operates via a smooth quarter-turn (90°) handle with an ergonomic design for easy fingertip control, and includes an integrated mounting flange for secure panel installation. Sealing is achieved through a leak-free PTFE seat and stem packing, ensuring long-term reliability and hygiene. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it undergoes comprehensive testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa, seal test at 1.76 MPa (water), upper seal test at 1.76 MPa, and hermetic seal test at 0.6 MPa (air). It operates safely across a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃ and is compatible with media including water, gas, oil, nitric acid, and acetic acid. Available in common metric and imperial sizes such as ½"×¾", ¾"×1", and 1"×1¼", with ISO 228 cylindrical pipe threads (BSP parallel). Compliant with GB/T 12224 (design) and GB/T 13927 (testing), the T1 series combines space-saving design, durability, and user-friendly operation—making it ideal for professional environments where precision, cleanliness, and dependable shut-off are essential.
