The Coliter® JD745X Diaphragm Type Multifunctional Water Pump Control Valve is an intelligent, pilot-operated hydraulic valve installed at the pump outlet to provide comprehensive protection for water supply systems—particularly in high-rise buildings, pumping stations, and municipal networks. It seamlessly integrates three critical functions into a single unit: electric shut-off valve, non-return (check) valve, and water hammer eliminator. By combining slow opening during pump startup and two-stage slow closing during shutdown, it effectively prevents pressure surges, backflow, and mechanical stress. The valve operates automatically in sync with the pump motor: pressing the start button initiates gradual opening to avoid flow shock; pressing stop triggers controlled closure that dissipates kinetic energy smoothly, eliminating water hammer. Its diaphragm-driven design ensures reliable, low-friction operation and is especially suited for valves with nominal diameters up to DN600. Constructed from ductile iron with epoxy coating and brass internals, rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, it handles clean water only. Featuring large flow capacity and low pressure loss, the JD745X enhances system safety, reduces maintenance costs, and complies with international pump protection standards—all without requiring external power.

Product Description
The diaphragm multi-function water pump control valve is an intelligent valve installed at the water pump outlet of the water supply system of high-rise buildings and other water supply systems to prevent backflow of media, water hammer and water hammer. The valve has three functions of electric valve, check valve and water hammer eliminator, which can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the water supply system. It also integrates the technical principles of slow opening, quick closing, and slow closing to eliminate water hammer to prevent the occurrence of water hammer when starting the pump and stopping the pump. Only need to operate the pump motor opening and closing button, the valve can be automatically opened and closed according to the pump operation regulations, with large flow and small pressure loss. Diaphragm type is suitable for valves below 600 caliber.
