The Coliter® ZJM45X Stainless Steel Soft Seal Flange Densified Gate Valve is a premium-grade gate valve engineered for secure, zero-leakage shut-off in water supply, residential heating, district energy, and industrial fluid systems. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant CF8 (304 stainless steel)—including the body, bonnet, disc, and stem nut—with an SS304 stem, it ensures long-term durability in demanding environments. The valve features an advanced soft sealing system using high-resilience elastomers (typically EPDM or NBR) that compress against precision-machined seats to achieve bubble-tight closure, even after prolonged service. Its standout feature is a fully mechanical self-locking mechanism: once opened or closed to any position, the valve automatically locks and **cannot be operated without a dedicated proprietary key**, providing exceptional anti-theft and management control—ideal for public utilities and shared infrastructure. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at **1.5 MPa / 2.4 MPa** and seal test at **1.1 MPa / 1.76 MPa**, and operates reliably within a temperature range of -10℃ to 80℃. Compliant with Chinese standards GB/T 12238 (design), GB/T 12221 (structure length), GB/T 13927-89 (testing), and GB/T 17241.6-2008 (flange dimensions), the ZJM45X offers a full-port, straight-through flow path for minimal pressure drop. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN600 with standard flanged ends, it combines security, leak-proof performance, and maintenance-free operation in critical pipeline applications.
