The Coliter® 2511004.0110 Air Vent Plug is a specialized end-piece component designed for underfloor heating and hydronic manifold systems. It combines a sealed end cap with an integrated automatic air vent to continuously release trapped air from the highest point of the circuit—preventing airlocks, noise, and reduced heating efficiency. Constructed from high-quality lead-free brass, it ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. Rated for a maximum working pressure of PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures up to 100°C, it is available in standard sizes DN25 (G1") and DN32 (G1¼"). The plug threads directly into the end port of Coliter® or compatible manifolds, providing a clean, maintenance-free solution for system deaeration without the need for additional fittings or manual bleeding.
