FSQ1022 Manual/Automatic Manifold – Modular Distribution System for Hydronic Heating and Plumbing Applications
The Coliter® FSQ1022 Manual/Automatic Manifold is a high-performance brass manifold system designed for centralized distribution and control of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and domestic plumbing. Constructed from forged HPb58-2 brass with a nickel-plated finish, it features uniform wall thickness (≥2.0 mm), sand-blasted surface treatment, and full-port ball valves for reliable shut-off. Available with 2 to 10 circuits, it supports branch pipe connections of 16×2.0 mm or 20×2.0 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a standard spacing of 46 mm. The main header comes in DN25 or DN32 sizes with ISO 228 threads, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Designed for both manual operation and optional integration with electric actuators, it offers flexibility for smart home or conventional installations. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, the FSQ1022 ensures leak-free performance, easy maintenance via live-joint outlet adapters, and long-term durability in residential and light commercial applications.
