Coliter ® Normally Open Electric Actuator – 5 Nm, 24V/220V, IP67 for Ball & Butterfly Valves
ZXQ03 Normally Open Electric Actuator – Compact Spring-Return Fail-Safe Automation for Small Valve Applications
The Coliter® ZXQ03 Normally Open (NO) Electric Actuator is a compact, low-torque spring-return actuator designed for fail-safe control of small ball or butterfly valves in residential, light commercial, and HVAC systems. In the event of power failure, its integrated spring mechanism automatically returns the valve to the open position, ensuring essential flow continuity—ideal for applications such as domestic hot water recirculation, ventilation safety lines, or emergency supply circuits. With an output torque of 5 Nm, it supports both 24V DC and 220V AC power options and features simple on/off (2-point) control with a built-in manual override for maintenance or manual operation. Enclosed in a lightweight yet durable aluminum alloy housing rated IP67, the ZXQ03 offers reliable protection against dust and water ingress. Compliant with ISO 5211 mounting standards, it enables easy integration with smart thermostats or building automation systems—delivering safe, energy-efficient, and responsive valve control in compact installations.
