The Coliter® D373H Stainless Steel Hard Sealed Wafer Butterfly Valve is a premium-grade industrial butterfly valve engineered for severe service applications involving high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive or abrasive media such as steam, oil, gas, acids, alkalis, and salts. Constructed entirely from stainless steel—CF8/CF8M (304/316) for the body and disc, and 2Cr13 or 1Cr13 stainless steel for the stem—it delivers exceptional corrosion resistance and structural integrity. Unlike soft-seal valves, the D373H features a robust metal-to-metal hard sealing structure, where the disc edge and seat ring (made of multi-layer stainless steel bonded with high-temperature resistant materials) form a precise conical seal. This design enables reliable shut-off at temperatures up to 600℃ and pressures from PN0.6 to PN4.0 (0.6–4.0 MPa). The valve employs a triple eccentric (three-offset) geometry, eliminating friction during opening/closing and ensuring long service life, low torque operation, and zero leakage—compliant with GB/T 13927-92 (leakage rate ＜0.1×DN mm³/s). Available in sizes from DN50 to DN1200, it installs in a compact wafer style between pipeline flanges, saving space and weight. Suitable for power generation, petrochemical, metallurgy, and district heating systems, the D373H supports multiple drive options: manual, worm gear, pneumatic, or electric—delivering fire-safe, maintenance-free, and high-integrity flow control under extreme conditions.

Introduction to Wafer butterfly valve
Coliter®’s wafer butterfly valves offer efficient, cost-effective flow isolation and regulation in water supply, HVAC, fire protection, and industrial pipelines. The series includes the D71X manual wafer type, D371X worm gear operated model, D6/971X pneumatic/electric actuated versions, and high-performance D373H stainless steel hard-sealed valve. Featuring a compact wafer design that fits between flanges without end connections, these valves use EPDM, NBR, or PTFE seals for bubble-tight shut-off and are available in cast iron, ductile iron, or stainless steel bodies. Rated at PN10/PN16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) with operating temperatures from -10°C to 120°C (up to 200°C for metal-seated types), they comply with ISO 5752 and GB/T 12238 standards—ideal for space-constrained installations requiring low torque, quick operation, and reliable sealing.
