PH1001 Digital Static Balance Valve – Precision Hydraulic Balancing Valve with Integrated Flow Measurement for HVAC Systems
The Coliter® PH1001 Digital Static Balance Valve is a high-accuracy static balancing valve designed for efficient hydraulic commissioning and precise flow control in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Made from lead-free brass, it features a built-in digital pressure differential sensor and dual measuring ports, allowing technicians to instantly read real-time water flow rates—eliminating the need for external gauges or complex calculations. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for water media within a temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, it complies with international standards such as EN 15437 and GB/T 32808. With a full-port design and ISO 228 (BSP parallel) threads, it is available in sizes DN15 (G1/2") through DN50 (G2"). Ideal for radiant floor heating manifolds, fan coil units, chiller bypass circuits, and district energy networks—ensuring balanced heat distribution, reduced energy consumption, and optimal system performance.
