HCSZ15E Magnetic Gate Valve – Threaded Gate Valve with Integrated Magnetic Lock and 304/CF8 Construction

The Coliter® HCSZ15E Magnetic Gate Valve is a high-performance, tamper-resistant gate valve designed for secure flow control in water, gas, oil, nitric acid, acetic acid, and other industrial media. Constructed entirely from corrosion-resistant materials—CF8 (304 stainless steel) for the body, bonnet, and flashboard, and 304 stainless steel for the stem, packing bushing, and magnetic device—it ensures long-term reliability in aggressive environments. The valve features an integrated magnetic locking mechanism that prevents unauthorized operation; it can only be opened or closed using a dedicated magnetic tool, making it ideal for utility metering, public infrastructure, and chemical handling systems. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa, seal test at 1.76 MPa (water), and hermeticity test at 0.6 MPa (air). It operates reliably within a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃. The valve uses ISO 228 cylindrical pipe threads (G1/2" to G2") for sizes DN15–DN50 and complies with Chinese standards GB/T 12224 (design), GB/T 12221 (structure length), and GB/T 13927 (testing). With PTFE sealing elements and a compact non-rising stem design, the HCSZ15E delivers zero leakage, maintenance-free operation, and enhanced security in residential, commercial, and industrial fluid control applications.
