Coliter ® Manual Control Valve – Adjustable Flow, PN16
TJ1005 Manual Control Valve – Adjustable Flow Regulation for Hydronic Systems
The Coliter® TJ1005 Manual Control Valve is a precision-engineered brass valve designed for manual flow regulation in hydronic heating and cooling systems, including radiators and underfloor heating circuits. It features an adjustable handwheel knob that allows users to manually set the desired heat output by controlling the flow rate of the working medium. Constructed from high-quality brass with nickel plating, the valve offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. It operates at a nominal pressure of PN16 (1.6 MPa), handles media such as water, non-corrosive liquids, and saturated steam, and is rated for temperatures from 0°C to 90°C. The valve is equipped with ISO 228 (BSP) threads for easy installation and is compatible with standard thermostatic heads for future upgradeability. Ideal for residential and light commercial applications, the TJ1005 provides reliable, quiet, and user-controlled thermal comfort.

Introduction to Control Valve
The Coliter® TJ1005 and TJ1015 brass thermostatic radiator valves are precision-engineered for hydronic heating systems, enabling accurate flow regulation to maintain consistent room temperatures. The TJ1005 features a manual adjustable knob for user-controlled heat output, while the TJ1015 is a pre-set fixed-flow valve ideal for system balancing in multi-zone installations. Both models use high-quality brass bodies with nickel plating, operate at PN10 (1.0 MPa), and withstand temperatures up to 110°C. Designed with ISO 228 threads and compatible with standard thermostatic heads, they ensure quiet, reliable performance in residential and commercial underfloor heating or radiator circuits—backed by strict quality control and OEM support.
