Coliter ® Normally Open Electric Actuator – 20 Nm, 24V/220V, IP67 for Ball & Butterfly Valves
ZXQ08 Normally Open Electric Actuator – Spring-Return Fail-Safe Automation for HVAC and Industrial Valves
The Coliter® ZXQ08 Normally Open (NO) Electric Actuator is a compact, spring-return automation device engineered for fail-safe operation in water, HVAC, fire protection, and industrial fluid control systems. In the event of power loss, its integrated spring mechanism automatically returns the connected ball or butterfly valve to the open position, ensuring critical flow continuity—ideal for applications like emergency cooling, ventilation, or fire suppression circuits. Delivering 20 Nm torque, it supports both 24V DC and 220V AC power options and features on/off (2-point) control with a convenient manual override for maintenance or manual operation. Housed in a corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy enclosure rated IP67, the ZXQ08 withstands dust, moisture, and harsh environments. Designed to ISO 5211 mounting standards, it integrates seamlessly with building automation systems (BAS), offering reliable, energy-efficient control for pump bypasses, heat exchangers, and smart building infrastructure.
