ZF1052 Brass Union Gate Valve – Tool-Free Maintenance for Potable Water Systems

The Coliter® ZF1052 Brass Union Gate Valve is a high-quality, lead-free shut-off valve designed for reliable isolation in residential and commercial potable water, heating, and low-pressure industrial pipelines. Its defining feature is the integrated union nut connection, enabling complete disassembly and maintenance—such as seat or stem replacement—without cutting or unsoldering pipes. Constructed from forged HPb59-1 or CW617N brass, it features a resilient rubber wedge for bubble-tight sealing, PTFE stem packing, and ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) with a working temperature range of -20°C to 120°C, the ZF1052 complies with WRAS, ACS, and GB/T 17241 standards. Ideal for water meters, branch lines, and appliance shut-offs where future serviceability is essential.
