ZXQ07 Normally Closed Electric Actuator – Compact Spring-Return Fail-Safe Automation for HVAC and Industrial Valves

The Coliter® ZXQ07 Normally Closed (NC) Electric Actuator is a compact, spring-return automation solution designed for reliable fail-safe control of ball, butterfly, and plug valves in water, HVAC, fire protection, and light industrial applications. In the event of power failure, its integrated spring mechanism automatically drives the valve to the closed position, preventing unintended flow and enhancing system safety—ideal for boiler isolation, pump shutdown, or emergency cutoff scenarios. With an output torque of 20 Nm, it supports both 24V DC and 220V AC power supply and features simple on/off (2-point) control with a built-in manual override for maintenance or emergency use. Enclosed in a rugged aluminum alloy housing rated IP67, the ZXQ07 offers excellent protection against dust and water ingress. Compliant with ISO 5211 mounting standards, it integrates smoothly with building automation systems (BAS), delivering dependable, energy-efficient, and safe valve operation in modern fluid control networks.
