Coliter®’s pump control valves provide fully automatic, multi-functional protection for centrifugal pumps in water supply, fire protection, and HVAC systems—eliminating water hammer, backflow, and motor overload without external power. The series includes the JD745X diaphragm-type multifunctional pump control valve, which integrates shut-off, check, and slow-closing functions in one unit using pilot-controlled hydraulic operation, and the 700X hydraulic pressure relief/flow control valve for pump bypass and overload prevention. Constructed from high-quality ductile iron with epoxy coating and brass internals, these valves operate at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and temperatures up to 80°C. They enable soft start/stop, prevent pipe rupture, reduce maintenance costs, and comply with international pump safety standards—ideal for high-rise buildings, pumping stations, and industrial water networks.
