The Coliter® H44H Cast Steel Swing Check Valve is a robust, flanged swing-type check valve designed to automatically prevent reverse flow in high-pressure and high-temperature industrial pipelines handling steam, oil, water, and other non-corrosive media. Constructed from WCB carbon steel (standard) or optional CF8/CF8M stainless steel, it features a durable swing disc mounted on a hinge pin that opens fully under forward flow and closes by gravity when flow stops or reverses—ensuring reliable, low-torque operation with minimal pressure drop. Rated for nominal pressures from PN16 to PN40 (1.6–4.0 MPa) and operating temperatures up to 425°C, the H44H complies with international standards GB/T 12235 (design) and API 598 (testing). Available in sizes from DN25 to DN600, it uses standard flanged end connections per GB/T 9113 or ANSI B16.5.
