Z45X Non Rising Stem Soft Sealing Gate Valve – Compact, Full-Port Gate Valve with EPDM/NBR Elastomer Seal

The Coliter® Z45X Non Rising Stem Soft Sealing Gate Valve is a high-reliability isolation valve designed for on/off control in water supply, sewage, HVAC, fire protection, and light industrial fluid systems. Featuring a non-rising (concealed) stem design, it saves vertical installation space—making it ideal for underground vaults, trenches, or confined areas. The valve utilizes a resilient EPDM or NBR rubber-coated wedge gate that compresses against a precision-machined seat to achieve bubble-tight, zero-leakage shut-off. Constructed with a robust body made of grey cast iron, ductile iron, or cast steel (optional), and a stainless steel stem (45#, 1Cr13, 304, or 316), it ensures durability and smooth operation. Rated for PN10/16 (1.0–1.6 MPa) and suitable for media temperatures up to 80°C, the Z45X complies with GB/T 12234, GB/T 17241.6, and GB/T 13927 standards. It features a flat-bottom valve seat to prevent debris accumulation, full-port flow for minimal pressure drop, and flanged end connections for secure pipeline integration. Available in sizes from DN50 to DN600, it supports manual, electric, pneumatic, or hydraulic actuation—delivering long service life, low operating torque, and maintenance-free performance in demanding applications.
