FSQ2009A Smart Manifold – Premium One-Piece Forged Brass Distribution System with Enhanced Design for Hydronic Heating
The Coliter® FSQ2009A Smart Manifold is a high-performance brass manifold engineered for reliable, centralized distribution of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and modern plumbing systems. Crafted from forged HPb58-2 brass using one-piece hot forging technology, it ensures uniform, dense walls free of sand holes, with an average wall thickness of ≥2.0 mm for superior strength and durability. The main header features a distinctive octagonal cross-section, combining rational structural design with a premium aesthetic. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 circuits, it supports branch connections for 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a standard spacing of 50 mm. The main pipe uses DN25 (G1") threaded connections, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it includes a 360° rotatable manual air vent for easy access and live-joint outlet adapters enabling quick, tool-free installation and maintenance. Designed for high flow capacity and resistance to water hammer and thermal expansion, the FSQ2009A delivers leak-free, long-term performance—ideal for residential and light commercial radiant heating applications.
