FSQ1028 Manual Manifold – High-Density Forged Brass Distribution Header for Hydronic Heating Systems
The Coliter® FSQ1028 Manual Manifold is a robust, one-piece forged brass manifold engineered for reliable distribution of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and domestic plumbing systems. Made from high-purity HPb58-2 brass, it features uniform wall thickness (average ≥2.5 mm), freedom from sand holes, and a polished nickel-plated surface for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Designed for manual operation only, it supports 2 to 10 circuits with standard branch pipe connections of 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a precise spacing of 48 mm. The main header uses DN25 (G1") threaded inlet/outlet, and the overall center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for a nominal pressure of PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it ensures leak-free performance, easy installation via live-joint outlet adapters, and long-term durability—ideal for residential and light commercial radiant heating applications.
