The Coliter® J41W Stainless Steel Globe Valve is a high-integrity linear motion valve engineered for reliable shut-off and accurate throttling in corrosive, high-purity, or hygienic fluid systems. Constructed entirely from stainless steel—CF8 (304) or CF8M (316) for the body, bonnet, disc, stem, and gland—it offers exceptional resistance to rust, pitting, and chemical attack from media such as nitric acid, acetic acid, seawater, steam, oil, and high-purity water. Rated for nominal pressures from PN16 to PN160 (1.6–16.0 MPa), it undergoes rigorous pressure testing: shell test at 1.5×PN and seal test at 1.1×PN. Suitable for operating temperatures between -20℃ and 180℃ (extendable with special packing), it complies with international standards ASME B16.34 and Chinese standard GB/T 12224. The valve features a multi-turn rising stem design with a handwheel for precise flow regulation and clear visual position indication. Available in sizes from DN15 to DN300 with standard flanged end connections per GB/T 9113, HG/T 20592, or ANSI B16.5, the J41W is ideal for chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, marine, power generation, and building services where leak-tight performance, corrosion resistance, and long service life are critical.
