QF2030 Electroplated Union Ball Valve – Lead-Free, PN16 with Premium Corrosion-Resistant Finish

The Coliter® QF2030 Electroplated Union Ball Valve is a lead-free brass ball valve designed for premium installations where durability, aesthetics, and serviceability are paramount. It features a high-quality electroplated surface finish that provides excellent resistance to tarnishing, humidity, and salt spray—ideal for coastal regions, luxury residences, or visible commercial plumbing. Built on a full-port design with a precision-machined chrome-plated ball and PTFE seats, it ensures minimal pressure loss and reliable bubble-tight shut-off. The integrated union nut connection allows the valve to be fully disassembled or replaced without cutting or rotating the pipeline, greatly simplifying maintenance. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it is suitable for water, oil, and saturated steam within a temperature range of -20°C to 100°C. Compliant with GB/T 17241 standards and available in sizes DN15–DN50 with ISO 228 (BSP) parallel threads, the QF2030 delivers long-term performance with a refined appearance.
