FSQ2009C Manual Manifold – One-Piece Forged Brass Distribution Header for Hydronic Heating Systems

The Coliter® FSQ2009C Manual Manifold is a high-quality, manually operated brass manifold designed for reliable distribution of hot and cold water in underfloor heating, radiator circuits, and domestic plumbing systems. Constructed from forged HPb58-2 brass using one-piece hot forging technology, it ensures uniform, dense walls free of sand holes, with an average wall thickness of ≥2.0 mm for exceptional durability and resistance to thermal stress or water hammer. The surface is polished to a mirror-like finish and nickel-plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. Available in configurations from 2 to 10 circuits, it supports branch pipe connections for 12×16 mm or 16×20 mm PEX/PERT tubing at a precise spacing of 50 mm. The main header features DN25 (G1") threaded inlet/outlet connections, and the center height is fixed at 210 mm. Rated for a nominal pressure of PN ≤ 1.0 MPa and medium temperatures from 0°C to 110°C, it includes a manual air vent cap for easy deaeration and live-joint outlet adapters that allow convenient installation and servicing without rotating the entire manifold.
