ZH2001 Vertical Check Valve – Spring-Assisted Silent Brass Check Valve for Vertical Pipe Installations

The Coliter® ZH2001 Vertical Check Valve is a lead-free brass check valve specifically engineered for installation in vertical piping systems where flow moves upward. It prevents backflow in potable water, heating, and light industrial applications using a spring-assisted disc that ensures rapid, silent closure—effectively eliminating water hammer. Rated for a nominal pressure of 1.6 MPa and operating temperatures from -20°C to 120°C, it complies with the Chinese standard GB/T 17241. Threaded ends conform to ISO 228 (BSP parallel), available in sizes DN15 (G1/2") through DN50 (G2"). With its compact design, corrosion-resistant brass body, and maintenance-free operation, the ZH2001 is ideal for residential risers, pump discharge lines, and vertical sections of municipal water networks.
