Coliter ® Flange Welded Ball Valve – PN25/PN40, -10°C to 200°C, Full-Welded Body for High-Pressure Pipeline Integrity
Q41F-25/40CS / Q341F-25CS Flange Welded Ball Valve – Fully Welded Carbon Steel Ball Valve with Flanged Ends for Zero External Leakage in Critical Services
The Coliter® Q41F-25/40CS / Q341F-25CS Flange Welded Ball Valve is a high-integrity, fully welded ball valve designed for demanding applications in oil & gas transmission, district heating, chemical processing, and power generation. Unlike conventional bolted-body valves, its entire body is seamlessly welded (typically using automated orbital welding), eliminating potential external leak paths and ensuring maximum safety—especially for flammable, toxic, or high-pressure media. The valve features flanged end connections (per GB/T 9113, ASME B16.5, or DIN standards) for easy integration into pipeline systems, while the internal ball and stem assembly remains fully enclosed within the welded shell. Available in two actuation types:
• Q41F-25/40CS: Manual operation (handwheel or lever)
• Q341F-25CS: Gear-operated for larger sizes or higher torque requirements
Constructed from high-quality carbon steel (A105 or WCB), it is rated at PN25 (2.5 MPa) or PN40 (4.0 MPa), with an operating temperature range of -10°C to 200°C. The soft-seated design (typically PTFE or RPTFE) provides bubble-tight shut-off (ISO 5208 Class VI). Key advantages include zero external leakage, fire-safe capability (optional), anti-static design, full-bore flow for pigging compatibility, and long service life with minimal maintenance. Ideal for buried or inaccessible installations where reliability and leak prevention are paramount, this fully welded flanged ball valve meets stringent industry requirements for safety, durability, and performance.

Introduction to Fully welded ball valve
Coliter®’s three-way ball valves enable precise flow direction control, mixing, or isolation in HVAC, process, and industrial fluid systems. The series includes the Q44F L-port (90°) three-way ball valve for switching flow between two outlets, and the Q45F T-port (straight-through) type for mixing or diverting flows from a common line. Available in manual (Q44F/Q45F), gear-operated (Q344F/Q345F), pneumatic (Q644F/Q645F), and electric (Q944F/Q945F) actuation, these valves feature forged brass, carbon steel, or stainless steel (304/316) bodies with PTFE or reinforced soft seats for bubble-tight shut-off (ISO 5208 Class VI). Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa) and suitable for temperatures up to 180°C, they offer low torque, full-port flow, and reliable operation—ideal for chiller bypass, heat exchanger control, and dual-circuit distribution.
