J11W Water Heating Shut-Off Valve – Threaded End Globe Valve with Stainless Steel Trim for Reliable Isolation in Hydronic Heating Circuits

The Coliter® J11W Water Heating Shut-Off Valve is a compact, high-sealing globe valve specifically designed for radiator connections, underfloor heating manifolds, and small-diameter hydronic HVAC systems. Featuring a forged brass or stainless steel (CF8) body and SS304 internal components—including disc, stem, bonnet, and gland—it offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability in hot water and steam environments. Rated at PN16 (1.6 MPa), it undergoes rigorous testing: shell test at 2.4 MPa, seal test at 1.76 MPa (water), and hermetic seal test at 0.6 MPa (air). It operates safely within a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 180℃, making it suitable for both domestic heating and light industrial thermal systems. The valve uses a multi-turn rising stem design with a cast iron handle for precise flow control and positive shut-off. With ISO 228 cylindrical pipe thread (BSP parallel) end connections, available in sizes from DN15 (1/2") to DN50 (2"), the J11W ensures easy installation and leak-free performance. Compliant with GB/T 12224 (design), GB/T 12221 (face-to-face length), and GB/T 13927 (testing), this valve delivers maintenance-free, bubble-tight isolation ideal for radiator valves, boiler bypass lines, and building services where space is limited and sealing integrity is critical.
